Georgia’s Brock Bowers Has Perfect Reaction to Taylor Swift-Travis Kelce Romance
Georgia's Brock Bowers is one of the most elite tight ends in college football.
While the junior discussed the Bulldogs' upcoming clash against Auburn in the Deep South’s Oldest Rivalry on Saturday, Bowers shared thoughts on the hottest off-the-field topic in the NFL: Chiefs star tight end Travis Kelce’s budding relationship with pop star Taylor Swift.
When Bowers was asked how he felt about the two’s romance, he offered a pretty clever response.
“It’s a win for the tight ends, I guess,” Bowers said, per Grant Grubbs of On3.com. "It’s getting a whole lot of media coverage. I’ve seen it everywhere.”
While Kelce is a bonafide threat in the Chiefs’ offense each week, Bowers appears to be headed for his own NFL stardom if he continues to produce at a high level for the reigning College Football Playoff champs.
Through four weeks of the 2023 season, Bowers has registered 22 catches for 256 yards and two touchdowns. During Georgia’s repeat as national champions last year, he notched team highs in receptions (63), yards (942), and touchdowns (seven).
