Arizona’s Caleb Love Trolls Duke After Win at Cameron Indoor, Says He’s ‘Tar Heel for Life’

North Carolina transfer Caleb Love shined in No. 12 Arizona’s exciting 78–73 upset of No. 2 Duke at Cameron Indoor Stadium on Friday night.

Love, who developed an intense rivalry with the Blue Devils during his time with the Tar Heels, made four clutch free throws in the final 20 seconds to help seal the upset victory. The star guard filled up the stat sheet with 11 points, three rebounds, three assists and two steals.

The former Tar Heel then basked in the glory of beating Duke by waving to the Blue Devils faithful after the final buzzer.

While speaking with reporters after the game, Love trolled his former rival even further by stating that he is a “Tar Heel for life,” despite earning a huge upset win in an Arizona uniform.

“I am a Tar Heel for life,” said Love. “Regardless of what our differences is or what happened in the past I still got love for Tar Heel nation.”

Fresh off an impressive road win over the No. 2 team in the nation, Love used the moment to perfectly troll Duke fans.
