Jim Harbaugh Gifts Rose Bowl Game Ball to Baby With Cancer in Heartwarming Scene

In this story:
Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh and quarterback J.J. McCarthy have been riding high ever since winning the national championship earlier this month. And on Tuesday, a fan shared that the duo went above and beyond to show some love to his grandson with cancer.
Todd J. Anson, a Wolverines fan, took to X, formerly Twitter, and posted a picture of the Michigan coach with his family and said Harbaugh delivered the Rose Bowl game ball to his grandson as a gift after he and McCarthy dedicated the win to the adorable little fan.
“Jim & Sarah popped in Sunday unexpectedly to deliver our little Neuroblastoma cancer patient, Grandson Knox, the Rose Bowl Game Ball in our victory over Bama after Jim & JJ dedicated game to him,” he wrote in the post. “We also celebrated the National Championship win! We are deeply grateful.”

On their way to a victory over Washington in the championship game, Michigan defeated Alabama in the Rose Bowl in a 27–20 overtime thriller.
The visit was nothing short of a heartwarming gesture for the Wolverines. And hopefully, it’s something Knox never forgets.
