Not sure if you're aware, but Toronto mayor Rob Ford recently admitted to smoking crack cocaine in the wake of police securing damning video evidence, of which Gawker first reported the existence of in May.
Today he held his first press conference since the admission and wore a vintage NFL team logos tie, presumably to lend a fun, festive atmosphere to the proceedings.
