Apparently crack-smoking Toronto Mayor Rob Ford will be broadcasting his opinions on sports to an American audience soon, as he's set to join 106.7 "The Fan" in Washington D.C. for a weekly bit. The spot is tentatively set for 8:40 a.m. on Thursday, at which time Ford will presumably talk about football and how much better the Leafs are than the Capitals.
