17-year old Adelina Sotnikova won Olympic gold in women's figure skating on Thursday, and she has seemingly already gone mad with power, offering this quote to reporter's today:

"I want all the gold that there is out there — everything that exists in figure skating. In all events, in all competitions."

I guess the King Midas parable never got to Russia.
