#tbt: It's Derek Jeter's 40th birthday, so here's a couple "casual portraits" from the Vault

Ah, to be a young, loved baseball player. That's what Derek Jeter and then-mariner Alex Rodriguez were in this photo from 1997. Things were about to change for A-Rod, in both respects.
