A Chicago Cubs fan has solved the conundrum of getting a premature championship tattoo by leaving the final two digits of the year blank, so they can be filled in when the team finally breaks their World Series drought.

If only this visionary had shared his plan with the less fortunate minds who simply guessed that this would be their year and either got lucky, or ended up with a daily reminder of failure.

There is one flaw in his plan though, he only left enough room for one more World Series. Boy is he going to be mad when the Cubs rattle of three titles in a row.
