Kansas City CBS affiliate KCTV saw the way Tuesday night's Game 1 was headed in the World Series and knew some of their viewers would be looking for respite from the Royals' loss, so it decided to offer them an alternative in an extremely poorly worded tweet.

The news station realized the mistake quickly and apologized before offering a considerably less morbid version of the tweet.
