College player fakes end of game handshake to steal ball and dunk it

Friday December 5th, 2014

The University of Portland Pilots took on crosstown rivals the Portland State Vikings on Wednesday night, with the Pilots grabbing a 83-71 victory.

It looked like the margin of victory was going to be slightly higher, but as the Pilots dribbled out the clock to end the game with a 14-point lead, Portland State's Bryce White engaged in some perfidy to grab an extra bucket.

White feigns going for an end-of-game handshake but instead pokes out the ball and grabs a dunk as time expires.

In case you were wondering, the line for the game opened with  the Pilots giving the Vikings 12.5 points, according to VegasInsiders.com, although it fell to -9.5 by tipoff.
