It is a very poorly kept secret that the University of Michigan would like to make Jim Harbaugh its next head football coach, so when the football program's official Twitter account sent the current 49ers coach a birthday message on Tuesday, it was hard not to see it as a recruiting move.

Harbaugh still has one more game to coach for San Francisco before the team's front office decides whether the embattled coach will stay, but Michigan seems to be doing everything it can to make up Harbaugh's mind as soon as possible.

It seems like the reported $8 million a year he has been offered will probably have more of an impact on his return to the Wolverines than a tweet though.
