Boehner represents Ohio's eighth congressional district and was a part of a bet between the congressman of the Buckeye state and those representing Oregon that the losing side would have to wear ties in the winning teams colors, according to Cleveland.com.
The President went on to congratulate both Ohio State for its victory, and Oregon on an excellent season, reports the Chicago Tribune.
