Conan O'Brien got two of the most popular athletes in this year's Super Bowl, Seattle's Marshawn Lynch and New England's Rob Gronkowski, to join him on his show to face off head to head in the new Mortal Kombat X.

O'Brien released a preview of the two going head to head in the hotly anticipated game, but the clip quickly breaks down when Lynch asks the host if he is on drugs, followed by an impromptu pitch from the trio for Lipitor, even though the football players have no idea what the drug is.
