Katy Perry ended her mesmerizing Super Bowl halftime show by floating away, literally:

The star she rode away on bore a strong resemblance to 'The More You Know' star, as Twitter was sure to immediately point out. 

The memorable show included some pretty outstanding moments, including a giant animatronic lion and dancing sharks

Perry has had nine No. 1 songs on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Some of the pop star's most notable hits include "Firework," "Roar," "Dark Horse" and "California Gurls." Her 2010 album "Teenage Dream" had five No. 1 singles, tied with Michael Jackson's "Bad" for the most all-time. 

Perry's most recent album was "Prism," which included the hits "Dark Horse," "Roar" and "Unconditionally." 

The NFL officially announced in November that Perry would perform during halftime of Super Bowl XLIX.
