Monday's A.M. Hot Clicks: Malcolm Butler Intercepts Grammys Envelope

Malcolm Butler and Julian Edelman collaborate on a cheesy joke at the Grammys; SI Swimsuit cover model Hannah Davis is lovely lady of the day.

Lindsay Applebaum here again filling in for Andy, who's heading to Nashville this week for SI Swimsuit launch. I'll be back a few more times in the next week, so feel free to tweet any tips my way or follow my dog on Instagram.

Patriots at the Grammys

Julian Edelman, Malcolm Butler

Patriots wide receiver Julian Edelman and cornerback Malcolm Butler kept New England's post-Super Bowl media tour going last night at the Grammys, where they did a male athlete version of the Engaged Girl Ring Pose and later presented an award with Josh Duhamel. They also collaborated on a cheesy joke referencing Butler's big Super Bowl moment:

Edelman appeared more in his element than Butler, who was mostly giving off deer-in-headlights vibes.

Also, Look at Pharrell's Outfit

MVP of the Grammys goes to Pharrell Williams, who plugged his reflective Adidas shorts-suit (with wife dutifully matching) and also was spotted giving some side-eye to the aggressively carefree Taylor Swift.

SI Swimsuit Launch Week Diary

Andy's keeping a diary of sorts during Swimsuit launch week. In today's edition, get to know proud Canadian and hockey enthusiast Kate Bock and take a behind-the-scenes look at the Hannah Davis cover reveal.

Lovely Lady of the Day

Speaking of the SI Swimsuit issue, the very lovely Hannah Davis is today's LLOD. (click here for full-size gallery.)

James Dolan Lashes Out at Fan

Sports fans have been airing their grievances with team owners since the dawn of time. Most of the communications have probably been less offensive than this relatively innocuous email from a longtime Knicks fan, whose greatest insult to James Dolan was this: "I am utterly embarrassed by your dealings with the Knicks." According to Deadspin, Dolan responded by calling the fan a "sad person" and an "alcoholic maybe," and telling him to go root "for the Nets because the Knicks dont want you." Seems reasonable.

Dick Vitale Has NSFW Day

The beloved ESPN broadcaster had a pretty rough day Saturday, first accidentally (we think) mentioning a NSFW Instagram account and then, in an unfortunate slip of the tongue, announcing that Virginia fans "love their hoes."

'Back to the Future' Night

The Tampa Bay Rays affiliate Montgomery Biscuits announced that they're holding a "Back to the Future" Night, featuring some incredible Marty McFly-themed jerseys. Actually, I'm not sure incredible even covers it. Just look:

From the Vault: Dean Smith

Legendary North Carolina coach Dean Smith, who passed away at the age of 83 on Saturday, was SI's Sportsman of the Year in 1997. Here's the story, which features some great anecdotes from those who knew him best. And here are SI's best photographs of Smith.

Dunk of the Weekend

Iona guard Kelvin Amayo soared through the air yesterday for this seemingly gravity-defying dunk against Marist:

Durant: 'You're Down 20 Now, Homie'

After Chris Paul drained a jumper, Kevin Durant took it upon himself to remind his opponent to check the scoreboard.

Odds & Ends

Robert Kraft has brunch with Kanye West and Jay-Z ... Rob Gronkowski spikes the puck at a Bruins game ... Mike Tomlin sings Happy Birthday to Garth Brooks ... Michael Bradley scores on a corner kick ... Marshawn Lynch quotes kinda work as pickup lines ... Arkansas is giving out chocolate-covered bacon at a women's basketball game ... OYO does the Super Bowl, brick by brick ... Bryce Harper does a Happy Gilmore swing ... PEOPLE goes behind the scenes at the Grammys.

Guy in Vince Wilfork jersey Unaware He's Talking to Vince Wilfork

And the Super Bowl champ's wife got it on video.

Kanye West Almost Did It Again

And later made it clear he wasn't entirely joking. (By the way, if you're a fan of Kanye's new song, "Only One," but like me believe auto-tune should be illegal, you might enjoy this ear-pleasing, auto-tune free cover.)
