The bidding for RGIII's signed cast is now more than $1,000
The auction for Robert Griffin III's autographed ankle cast has been going on for nearly one month, and things are starting to heat up.
The leading bid for the cast, as of Tuesday afternoon, is $1,025, meaning someone is willing to spend that much for a used cast. To be fair, the cast was signed by the entire Washington Redskins team, including players like Alfred Morris, DeAngelo Hall, Desean Jackson and Pierre Garcon.
Grifin wore the cast after dislocating his ankle in September, which caused the quarterback to miss six games. Proceeds from the auction will go to Griffin's "Family of 3" foundation.

You still have three more days to top the $1,025 bid, as the auction closes on Feb. 13 at 6 p.m. ET. And what better Valentine's Day gift could you give than this?
