Oklahoma City Thunder guard Russell Westbrook said on Saturday that he has never participated in the dunk contest because "I only dunk on people," according to Darnell Mayberry of The Oklahoman.

Westbrook is regarded as one of the most explosive guards in the league and has drawn national attention for his highlight dunks. Video of a powerful jam Wesbrook threw down against the Detroit Pistons in December is embedded below.

This year's dunk contest features the Milwaukee Bucks' Giannis Antetokounmpo, the Minnesota Timberwolves' Zach LaVine, the Orlando Magic's Victor Oladipo and the Brooklyn Nets' Mason Plumlee.
