Fake report about Texans signing Tim Tebow confuses a lot of people

What would the NFL free agency rumor mill be without a fake Tim Tebow report setting social media ablaze?
That's exactly what happened on Monday, when ESPN ran a segment called "Overreaction Monday" that discussed stories that could potentially happen but were not actually true.

The segment included a news graphic that read "Texans will sign Tim Tebow," and if you weren't paying attention and happened to glimpse at the TV it was pretty convincing.

The fake news ended up fooling a lot of people, even some in the media.
So ESPN reported Tim Tebow has agreed to sign with the Texans ... and then immediately took it down? What's going on ....???

Nothing gets people going like fake Tim Tebow news. But don't write off the comeback story just yet — the quarterback is reportedly considering participating in the upcoming NFL veteran combine.
