A clever soccer fan came up with asked his date to prom with a Sydney Leroux and Dom Dwyer themed promposal, that caught the eye of Leroux herself.

The United States women's national team member posted a photo to Instagram of the sign and jerseys that made up the stunt, saying that she loved the idea, and hoped the girl said yes.
Leroux and Sporting KC's Dom Dwyer announced earlier this year that they had wed in a private ceremony.
