Something is in the air this year that is inspiring former opponent to share stories of being humbled by Michael Jordan.

First Reggie Miller told Jimmy Kimmel about learning not to smack talk to MJ, then a Space Jam extra shared the tale of Jordan running him off the court in a pick up game, and now Kendall Gill is posting a story on Instagram about the time His Airness fed the young Hornets some humble pie.

​According to Gill, the team, then featuring Larry Johnson and Alonzo Mourning, was feeling a little too good about itself against the Bulls during a game in the 1992-93 season, so Jordan uncorked a vicious dunk on the team.
