Minor League Team Embarks on 55-Game Road Trip
The Biloxi Shuckers, Double-A affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers, are about to embark on a 55-game, 60-day road trip while construction on their new stadium concludes. The franchise moved from Huntsville to Biloxi this off-season due to the promise of a new, $36-million stadium. But construction is delayed and the team will spend the next 60 nights in random hotel rooms.

The Montgomery Biscuits are throwing a princess-themed birthday party for their one-year-old pig mascot, Miss Gravy. Fans are encouraged to come out dressed as their favorite princesses. Think I'll skip that and check out a Durham Bulls game for the craft brewery the team just installed.
