The water bottle mishap was not the most noteworthy moment of Stone's night though, as the Senators forward appeared to be injured by a hard slash from P.K. Subban, which led to a game misconduct and ejection for the Canadiens' star defenseman. Somewhat controversially, Stone—who exited the game after the incident due to the apparent injury—returned to the bench 10 minutes after the slash.
