International Space Station flies over Citi Field during Mets game

Wednesday April 22nd, 2015

The Mets are off to such a fast start that even the International Space Station wants to see them in person.

During the fifth inning against the Atlanta Braves on Tuesday, the ISS made an appearance as it flew over Citi Field and had a bird's eye view. Maybe it even brought good luck, as the Mets took down Atlanta 7-1 to improve to 11-3 on the season.

Even more significant, it was New York's ninth straight win. The last time the Mets won that many games in a row was in 2008.
