Eagles quarterback Mark Sanchez and linebacker Connor Barwin spent time Wednesday visiting some of the people who were injured in Tuesday night's Amtrak crash, when a Northeast regional train derailed in Philadelphia.

Photos of the visit surfaced after Temple Hospital's assistant nurse manager Matt Weidenmiller told the Philly blog Crossing Broad about the time Sanchez and Barwin spent at the hospital.

As of Wednesday night, there were seven reported deaths in the crash. National Transportation Safety Board official Robert Sumwalt told The New York Times that the train was going 106 miles per hour right before it crashed, which is more than double the 50 mph speed limit in the area of the accident.
