Ticket marketplace Rukkus.com has put together an interactive graphic showing not only the odds of each team eligible to win the lottery, but also just how often those top picks pan out.

The chart shows that 43 number one picks have gone on to make an All-Star team, and 20 have been named MVP, while just 14 have grabbed Rookie of the Year honors.

The graphic also notes that while the team picking first has generally seen an increase of 7.31 wins the following season, they have actual seen a nearly 2% drop in attendance over the previous season.
