Texans' J.J. Watt shows off massive bruise he sustained last season

Thursday May 21st, 2015

Houston Texans' J.J. Watt was taking a stroll down memory lane on Wednesday and decided to give fans a look at the less pleasant aspects of life as an NFL player with a pretty gross photo.

Watt tweeted out a picture from Week 4 of the 2014 season, when he sustained a massive, deep purple bruise to his right thigh against the Buffalo Bills.

When you take into account the massive size of Watt's thighs, that bruise is probably big enough to cover most people's entire body.

The injury did not seem to have too much effect on the NFL's Defensive Player of the Year, as he still grabbed an interception and returned it 80 yards for a touchdown in the game.
