Rangers' Elvis Andrus atones for ruining reporter's dress with donation

When Josh Hamilton hit a walk-off pinch-hit double on Sunday to give the Rangers a win over the Red Sox, his teammates welcomed their newest teammate back with a double barrel Gatorade shower and reporter Emily Jones ended up as collateral damage.
Jones seemed to take the incident in stride, but did swear revenge on shortstop Elvis Andrus, who did the bulk of the damage.
Andrus decided to step up and make the situation right, handing Jones a check for the charity Do It For Durrett, which helps families dealing with the sudden loss of a loved one, in honor of Richard Durrett, a Dallas area reporter who died suddenly in 2014.

While Jones claims she has forgiven Andrus, she does add that she is still planning to exact some more revenge on the shortstop at a later date.
