Rob Gronkowski shaved his head to raise money for pediatric cancer

New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski shaved his head Sunday to raise money for cancer research.

Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski is known primarily for his play and for his party habits, but his charitable exploits aren't as well-publicized. On Sunday, for the fourth straight year, Gronk shaved his head to support pediatric cancer patients.

Gronkowski went bald at the One Mission Buzz Off in Foxboro, joining more than 1,000 other freshly shaved Patriots fans. The event raised over $1 million.

Gronkowski is involved in several other charities, including his own Gronk Nation Youth Foundation. In April, he announced that he was auctioning off a spot on his legendary party bus to raise money for his foundation.
