Ayesha, Stephen Curry welcome second daughter
Add one to the Curry clan.
Golden State Warriors point guard, NBA champion and reigning regular-season MVP Stephen Curry and his wife, Ayesha, welcomed their second daughter to the world on Friday. On Tuesday, Curry shared the first public photo of Ryan Carson Curry, lovingly surrounded by her mother and sister, Riley.
In a blog post, Ayesha wrote the baby “arrived a little early” and was healthy at 6 pounds, 1 ounce.
Great news for the Currys, who cemented their status as the NBA’s first and coolest family during the Warriors’ Finals run. Seeing Ayesha, Riley and Stephen’s mother, Sonya, in elation after every big playoff moment became just as enjoyable as another Curry three-pointer, and now there’s another to add to the bunch.
