Watch: Santa Claus throws terrible first pitch at Tigers game

Santa Claus is not the best at baseball.

Christmas came early at Comerica Park in Detroit on Tuesday night, but for one cameraman it was almost a Christmas nightmare. 

The Tigers for some reason celebrated Christmas In July during their game against the Seattle Mariners, so naturally Santa Claus (and The Grinch) threw out the first pitch. 

It's a good thing St. Nick has a day job, because he channeled his inner 50 Cent and wound up just a bit off target. Fortunately for the cameraman who ended up in the ball's path, Santa didn't throw the pitch too hard, sparing what could've been an incredibly awkward moment.
