Rams’ Todd Gurley wore a GoPro to training camp

Todd Gurley turned 21 on Monday, and to celebrate the rookie's birthday, the Rams released a GoPro video of the rookie running back at the team’s training camp.

Todd Gurley turned 21 on Monday, and to celebrate the rookie’s birthday, the Rams released a GoPro video of the running back at the team’s training camp. 

The video gives a first-person look at life as a rookie in training camp, and even on a light contact day it seem like a pretty rigorous workout.

The other thing the video teaches fans is that in addition to all of the running and hitting, training camp involves shaking a lot of teammates' hands and joking around.
