Bill Murray’s futures league first pitch sailed over the back stop

Monday August 10th, 2015

Bill Murray paid a visit to the Martha’s Vineyard Sharks of the Futures Collegiate Baseball League over the weekend to throw out the ceremonial first pitch and it looks like the comedian forgot to loosen up his arm.

Murray has a long history of sporting stunts, so him sailing the pitch well over the back stop on purpose seems more likely than the actor completely forgetting how to throw a baseball.

The comedian made more news over the weekend by announcing that he would have a role in the upcoming reboot of the iconic Ghostbusters franchise in which he had previously starred.
