South Carolina little leaguer hits home run during family interview

A South Carolina little leaguer hit a home run right as his family was interviewed on TV.

The Little League World Series isn't just for the kids on the field. It's also for the families who've helped them get there.

That was especially apparent Friday, when South Carolina little leaguer Terrence Gist hit a massive home run just as his family was interviewed on national television.

The moment could not have been scripted better, with Gist stepping up to the plate in top of the third inning and unleashing a 370-foot home run right as his mom began answering a question.
