Tom Brady's bizarre courtroom sketch destroyed the internet
Sunday September 6th, 2015

It might not be exactly legal, but you can buy a skirt featuring a print of that bizarre Tom Brady sketch.

The terrifying garments are available for sale on Redbubble.com. Tights, shirts and scarves are also available, as well as phone cases, throw pillows and coffee mugs. You can put this meme on just about everything you need for your home. What a time to be alive.

But there’s still one very important question: Did much-maligned sketch artist Jane Rosenberg sign off on this appropriation of her work? Courtroom sketches are copyrighted, after all.

Artist says Tom Brady sketch sequel was ‘a nightmare’

Rosenberg told the New York Daily News a few weeks ago that she’d fielded offers from people who wanted to buy the original sketch but wasn’t sure if she was going to sell. What will she think now that her work is the hottest fall fashion?
