This Japanese rugby fan totally lost his mind meeting his favorite player

No one has ever been as excited to meet their favorite athlete as this Japanese rugby fan was to meet Welsh legend Shane Williams.

You’ll never see a sports fan as thrilled to meet their favorite athlete as this Japanese rugby fan was to meet former Wales star Shane Williams.  

Williams spent most of his playing days in his home country but moved to Japan’s Top League in the twilight of his career. His three years with the Mitsubishi Dynaboars apparently made quite the impact on the fans there. 

The poor guy keeps clutching at his chest like he’s about to go into cardiac arrest.
