The Islanders have a new home and a new goal horn. It’s not great.

After 43 seasons at the Nassau Coliseum, the Isles are ditching the suburbs for the Barclays Center in Brooklyn. There are many things Islanders fans don’t like about the new arena, not least of which is the fact that a bunch of the seats are very bad.

But now they’ve got something new to complain about: the updated goal horn.

Aside from one Leafs fan who thought the new horn was “cute,” the backlash to the alteration was swift and and severe.
