Vladimir Putin celebrated his 63rd birthday with a party that most hockey fans can only dream of, hitting the ice with some of his best friends and NHL legends Pavel Bure and Slava Fetisov.

Putin proved to be the star of the game, putting in seven goals for his team against a group that featured Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, billionaire KHL chairman Gennady Timchenko and billionaire Dynamo Moscow president Arkady Rotenberg,according to The Associated Press.

The Russian leader and the NHL stars proved victorious in the nationally televised contest thanks to Putin’s offensive explosion, winning 15-10.
