Toronto city councilor thanks Lil B for Blue Jays win

Norm Kelly is many things, a Toronto city councilor, a friend of Drake, a Twitter star and a fan of local sports teams. Those last two led to Kelly reaching out to Lil B to make sure the Blue Jays were blessed by the Based God for the playoffs.

Lil B promised to support Toronto in its ALDS battle with the Texas Rangers, and when the Blue Jays finished off Texas in a wild Game 5, Kelly was sure to reach out to the rapper to thank him for his support.
