We have uncovered a completely fake list of approved NFL eye black messages. 

The NFL has very strict uniform codes.

Pittsburgh Steelers players Cameron Heyward and DeAngelo Williams both found out the hard way, when the league fined Heyward for paying tribute to his late father with a message on his eye black and threatened to fine Williams if he wore pink accessories outside the month of October to honor his late mother.
