Royals employees couldn’t take much of a lunch break on Monday, so the Giants were kind enough to order in for them.

The Giants, who beat Kansas City in the World Series last year, called up Minsky’s Pizza and ordered 25 pies for the men and women working at Kauffman Stadium preparing for the post-World Series craziness.

San Francisco also included a note with the delivery: ‘Have fun planning the parade! Enjoy the ride!’

According to Andrew Baggarly of the San Jose Mercury News, the Giants were just returning the favor for what the Red Sox did for them last year.

Minsky’s says the pizzas were delivered within an hour of the Giants placing the order. Now that’s some Jarrod Dyson speed.
