Color Overload On TNF
The Thursday night game between the New York Jets and the Buffalo Bills was not without some intriguing storylines. Rex Ryan returned to MetLife Stadium and Jets fans burned an effigy of him in response. Bills linebacker and former Geno Smith-jawbreaker IK Enemkpali was greeted cordially by his former teammates. Still, it seemed like all that anyone wanted to talk about was the special "Color Rush" jerseys that both teams wore for the game. The red and green uniforms caused some fits for viewers, especially those with red and green color blindness, and Rex Ryan compared his team's win to getting over a girl who dumped you.

Persistence Pays
Monte Gaddis—who walked on at Maryland and also was a scholarship player at Towson—has been standing outside of the Browns' headquarters in Berea, Ohio, with a sign the past three days, rain or shine. Well, his persistence looks like it has paid off, at least in the form of a meeting with Browns GM Ray Farmer.
