Before their game on Saturday, Ohio State and Michigan State will come together to honor the five-year-old grandson of former Michigan Wolverines coach Lloyd Carr.

Chad Carr is in hospice care battling an inoperable brain tumor, according to The Detroit News, so both teams will sport #ChadTough helmet decals while they play each other.

The decals will feature a kid flexing his biceps, with “ChadToughFDN” on the side, representing the ChadTough.org foundation.

Lloyd Carr coached the Wolverines from 1995–2007.

Last season, the bands of both Michigan State and Michigan spelled out ‘#CHADTOUGH’ on the field to pay tribute to the boy.
