Holly Holm is continuing her victory tour after her shocking KO upset of Ronda Rousey earlier this month, with the UFC bantamweight champ visiting Live with Kelly and Michael.
Holm suited up and squared off with hosts Kelly Ripa and Michael Strahan on Monday, and the Hall of Fame defensive end even offered to be on the receiving end of the kick that ended Rousey’s undefeated run.

The champion was kind enough to refrain from connecting on Strahan with the kick, although she may have earned herself a new contender in Ripa, who seemed pretty amped about learning a few MMA moves.
