Julian Edelman offers Patriots services for Winter Classic

The NHL Winter Classic is set to take place on Friday with the Bruins hosting the Canadiens at Gillette Stadium. The arena’s usual occupants, the Patriots, are offering to help out there ice-skating brothers from Boston.
New England wide receiver Julian Edelman, who either has a wonderful brand management team or amazing graphic design skills, tweeted at the Boston team to ask if they could use the help of a few extra goons as the team take on its rivals from Montreal.

• Does William Hayes believe dinosaurs existed? ‘Not even a little bit.’
While Edelman, Danny Amendola and Rob Gronkowski would surely be an intimidating penalty kill line, it was coach Bill Belichick who was impressing the media with his skating skills earlier in the week.
