Roberto Luongo gave himself Crying Jordan face after losing to Canucks

Tuesday January 12th, 2016

Roberto Luongo was in goal for the Panthers Monday night as they lost to his former team, the Canucks, and the 36-year-old netminder was not too pleased, especially after the postgame brawl, and he relied on the universal language of memes to let everyone know.

Luongo may have felt like Crying Jordan after the 3–2 overtime loss, but many of those watching the game were left scratching their heads after a very odd comment from the Panthers announcer about some Vancouver players during the melee.

Panthers’ announcer Denis Potvin says during the fight that Henrik and Daniel Sedin “normally only use their fingers for licking peanut butter off their bread.” What this could mean remains a mystery.
