With David Lee Roth’s vocals blaring and shades of red, white and blue illuminating, Acura’s 30-second Super Bowl ad for its relaunched 2017 NSX, entitled “What He said,” was made to wow viewers.
To the tune of Van Halen’s “Runnin With the Devil,” the spot subtly reveals the sports car’s American origins, all the while displaying its undeniable beauty and luxury qualities.
While it’s hard to ascertain if Acura’s sell job will prompt people to shell out $156,000 for the NSX, the commercial is sure to get any car lover’s juices flowing.
