Watch: Kenyan distance runner Caleb Ndiku drops rap music video

Kenyan distance runner Caleb Ndiku dropped a rap music video ahead of the 2016 Olympics.

Caleb Ndiku is one of Kenya’s top Olympic gold medal hopefuls for the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro and apparently, good friends with the best rap in the country.

The distance runner released a music video for “Run Caleb Ndiku” with East African artist Machakos Kyalo. Ndiku shows off his dance moves and multiple trophies won from racing as Kyalo raps.

“No one thought I’d be track star, now they see me in sports cars” may be the of the best lines on the track.

Ndiku will focus on the 5,000-meter run for the Olympics where he will face off against 2012 champion Mo Farah. A diss track is eagerly awaited.

Update: Another Kenyan rapper made a rap song for world championship javelin gold medalist Julius Yego in September 2015.
