Cam Newton wore a great big hat to watch Kobe and LeBron square off

Cam Newton wore a very large hat to the Cavaliers-Lakers game and it looked a little silly.

Cam Newton was sitting courtside at the Cavaliers-Lakers game that served as the final meeting between LeBron James and Kobe Bryant and he showed up in a very big hat.

The large cap, designed by Vivienne Westwood and known as the “mountain hat”, was made popular a few years ago by Pharrell.

The Panthers quarterback also got to spend time with fellow friend to milliners and NBA superfan Jimmy Goldstein at the game.

Newton is already hard to sit behind at 6'5", but sitting behind him with a giant hat on is probably enough to warrant a refund from the Staples Center.
