Girl accidentally gets Jeremy Lin tattoo, Jeremy Lin copies it

Hornets guard Jeremy Lin made a nice gesture to a woman who accidentally tattooed his name on her leg.

This is one of the weirder stories to come across the Extra Mustard news desk, see if you can follow along.

Our story starts a couple months ago, when a woman who says she didn’t know who Jeremy Lin was accidentally got Lin’s name tattooed in Chinese characters on her ankle. The woman was stuck with the tattoo because of a joke someone made, telling her to use the characters for Lin’s name instead of the phrase she actually wanted.

After getting the tattoo, the woman decided to become a huge Jeremy Lin fan, and bought tickets for a Hornets game. The woman posted her story on Reddit, where she was looking for someone to join her for the game.

Lin, himself a Reddit user, somehow spotted the woman’s story, and responded with his own “tattoo.”

This is like, the only time in history someone getting the wrong tattoo ended with an NBA player responding with a kind gesture.
