A tennis ball boy face planted during a match between Nicolas Almagro and Teymuraz Gabashvili at the Barcelona Open on Monday.

The outcome of Monday’s Barcelona Open match between Nicolas Almagro and Teymuraz Gabashvili was secondary news to the epic face plant that occurred during it. 

As Almagro prepared to serve, an ill-fated ball boy attempted to get out of the tennis player’s way and hurry back to his position without being noticed.

His attempt failed, nonetheless, as he catapulted face-first into a wall.
